Neighborhood tough guy Fraser Jacs is dealing. As a result, he sometimes needs protection. But his dog is more than that to him. Fraser adores his pooch and anybody who fucks with his dog, fucks with him. So when Fraser finds out tough scally lad Joy Rider was the one who shot the pup he chains him up in a dingy warehouse where no one will be able to hear the skinhead scream; from getting fucked, that is.
