We likely could have gotten away with a full-length episode of just Dave eating Patrick’s hole. Dave would have been entirely ok with that, judging by how eagerly and ethusiastically he attacks Patrick’s hole with his tongue.
Patrick might not have minded, either, as Dave’s rimming was really driving him wild!
