Simon Best was playing football and a guy stepped on his ankle and so it in a lot of pain. He visits Dr Adrian for the young doctor to have a look. And Dr Adrian has more than just a look. There’s some nifty manipulation going on on top of the examination couch…… Hopefully by the end of the “Czech Up” it won’t be Simon’s ankle that’s throbbing.
