Cole Connor is throwing a surprise birthday party for his best friend at his house, complete with balloons, birthday hats, and a banner. Ryder Owens is the hired caterer who shows up a little late, and with only half the order. Cole is infuriated by the mixup, and with no time left to fix it as the guests will be arriving in 30 minutes. Ryder is very apologetic and somewhat frantic to fix the mixup.
