Officer Brogan has a zero tolerance for punks like Alfonso. They think they are so smart, hiding stuff between their legs and thinking no one will check, but Brogan is no stranger to getting his hands dirty. If he has to grab the prep’s balls to teach him some manners, he’ll do it! Eventually, Alfonoso realizes that his smug attitude will get him nowhere, so he tries to cut a deal with the pissed security guard. Brogan thinks about it, reflects on what his hands felt when he was searching the young shoplifter for stolen merchandise, and finally cuts a deal with him. If Alfonso’s cute little ass can take Brogan’s meaty authority and then promise him not to steal in his territory again, he can walk away a free man.
