Mark Something is meditating in his room when stepbrother Trent Marx joins him asking if he could scratch an itch he has on his back. Mark agrees and hops onto his back, but when he ends up massaging Trent’s butt he gets turned on and asks if that’s weird. Trent tells him since they’re only stepbrothers it’s not weird. Soon, Mark is taking care of so much more than that itch.
